Shipping policy.

We want to keep this simple. We ship within 72 hours of when your order was placed. Typically, the day you order is the earliest it will ship. On average it is shipped the next day. 

You will have a tracking number when your order ships. If the Mailman does not deliver to your location or your tracking shows delivered, the package is not there. We urge you to connect with your postmaster immediately. And we urge that you check with your neighbors as they might have received your package by accident.

If your item is lost or damaged, KamuiTips.com is not responsible for replacing your order. UNLESS you have taken insurance on checkout.  Please notify John@KamuiTips.com first to discuss your claim.
